A place to belong, grow and have fun

Upside Down Sports Club brings young wheelchair users together to enjoy accessible sport, social activities and new experiences.

Our club creates opportunities for members to build confidence, make friendships and take part in activities that are adapted so everyone can be included.

Our Activities

Upside Down Sports Club provides a range of accessible sports and social activities designed specifically for children and young people who are wheelchair users.

We run regular club sessions where members can take part in a variety of adapted sports in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Activities can include wheelchair basketball, tennis, boccia, archery, table tennis and other inclusive games that encourage movement, teamwork and confidence.

Alongside our regular sports sessions, we also organise additional activities and experiences that give members the opportunity to try new things and enjoy exciting adventures. These may include activity days, outdoor adventures, trips, and social events where members and families can spend time together and build friendships.

All of our activities are designed to be inclusive and adaptable so that everyone can take part and feel involved. Our goal is to create opportunities for young wheelchair users to enjoy sport, have fun, develop confidence and make lasting memories.
